With your Resolved Floor Plan™ analysis, you will receive an Elegance of Enough™ Study overlay identifying where square footage can be reduced without sacrificing function, comfort, or gracious spaciousness. You’ll also receive recommendations to optimize the remaining space through smart storage, added flexibility, and multipurpose use—allowing your home to do more with less.
If we find no meaningful excess square footage, we send our heartiest congratulations and refund the Elegance of Enough™ fee in full.
